How do I export or delete my data?

Your data belongs to you. Happyly supports two takeaway flows.

Tracker PDF export.

Open Activity Tracker → Export. Pick a date range; Happyly generates a PDF of every logged event in that range — sleeps, feeds, pumps, diapers, milestones. Useful for pediatrician visits or family handoffs.

From chat: "export the last week as PDF" — Happyly offers a one-tap confirmation.

Full data download and account deletion.

Both live in My Account → Danger Zone — the section is named that way because deletion is irreversible.

• Download my data gives you a JSON archive of every tracked event, every chat message, every Rhythm Guide, every milestone, every growth measurement, every medication dose, every vaccine entry.
• Delete my account removes everything below permanently. We hold no separate backup.

• - All guests you've added (their accounts are not deleted, but they lose access to your data)

What we never store.

Happyly never stores raw voice audio — any voice mode is transcribed in real time, then the audio is gone. We don't sell or share data with advertisers. We don't track location. The full privacy policy is at `/privacy`.
