Happyly Terms of Use

By using Happyly (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

Happyly is a web-based baby sleep coaching app. It lets you track sleep logs and receive general coaching suggestions. The App is provided "as is" for your personal, non-commercial use.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your country) to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure.

You own the sleep logs, notes, and other data you enter. By uploading it, you give us permission to use it to provide the Service.

You may not use the App to harm others, violate laws, or for any commercial purpose without our permission.

We own the App, its design, and branding. You may not copy or reverse-engineer it.

The App is provided "AS IS" without any warranties. We do not guarantee it will be error-free or produce specific sleep results.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Happyly and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your use of the App or your content.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes will be handled in Auckland courts.

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
