How do I change units (kg / lb, °C / °F, ml / oz)?
My Account → Preferences → Units. Set time format, temperature, weight, and length independently. Stored values never change — only the display.
Happyly stores everything in metric internally, then displays it in the units you pick. Switching units never changes the stored values — just how they appear.
Where to set them.
My Account → Preferences → Units. Four independent settings:
- Time format — 12-hour (3:15 PM) or 24-hour (15:15)
- Temperature — °C or °F
- Weight — kg or lb
- Length — cm or in

"Switch weight to pounds" or "use Fahrenheit" works. Happyly offers a confirmation.
Switching mid-day is fine.
Happyly converts on display, so a nap logged at 3 PM still reads 3 PM (or 15:00) regardless of when you change time format.
