Where is the Rhythm Guide and how do I refresh it?

Tap Rhythm Guide in the menu on the left (browser) or the Rhythm tab at the bottom (mobile app). Your first one is built automatically when you sign up — to update it later, tap Refresh at the top of the page or just tell Happyly in chat what's changed.

The Rhythm Guide is your child's daily flow — wake windows, nap targets, and bedtime — laid out as a 5-day grid with today's plan in a big card at the top.

Where to find it.

  • Browser: menu on the left → Rhythm Guide
  • Mobile app: bottom tabs → Rhythm

How your first one is built.

When you first sign in to Happyly, the welcome flow walks you through a few short questions — your child's date of birth, what's currently tough, your sleep environment, and a snapshot of a typical day. As soon as you finish, Happyly builds your starting Rhythm Guide and prefills the tracker. There's no separate "generate" step.

Refreshing it later.

Things change — a rough patch, a nap drop, daylight saving — and the rhythm needs to keep up. Two ways to refresh:

  • Tap Refresh at the top of the Rhythm Guide page. Happyly rebuilds it from your most recent tracker data and what it already knows about your child.
  • Tell Happyly what's changed in chat ("we just dropped the morning nap" or "bedtime is now closer to 7"). The Rhythm Guide updates in the background as Happyly learns what's new.

Printing it.

Open the Rhythm Guide and tap the print button at the top right. The printable view is one page per day, designed for fridge magnets and grandparents.
