How do I log a sleep or nap?
Tap Fell Asleep on the menu on the right when the nap starts, then Woke Up when it ends. Or just tell Happyly in chat — "she napped from 1 to 2:30" works. Both end up in the same place.
There are three ways to log a sleep — pick whichever you have hands free for.
1. The menu on the right.
Open the menu on the right (it slides out from the right edge of the screen). Tap Fell Asleep the moment the nap starts. The button flips to Woke Up for as long as the nap is in progress — tap it again when they wake. Happyly captures the exact start and end times automatically.
If the nap is already over, tap Fell Asleep then Woke Up in quick succession and edit the times after.
2. The chat.
Type something like "Aria napped from 1 to 2:30" or "she just woke up from a nap." Happyly will offer to log it for you. Tap the suggestion to confirm and you're done.
3. The Activity Tracker.
Open Activity Tracker, tap the + button, choose Sleep, and enter start and end times. Useful when you're back-filling a whole day.
All three paths write to the same place — there's no difference in what gets stored.
